T1 - Liquidambar: crown lift to 4m above ground level, maximum diameter of cuts 50mm. Tip reduce all extending and exposed limbs by 1-2m, maximum diameter cuts of 50cm. Remove all snapped branches and deadwood.

T1, Beech: reduce height by no more than 3m, to reduce the canopy spread to the north, south and west by no more than 2m. To reduce canopy spread to the east by no more than 3m. Leaving a tree height of 19m with a crown spread of no less than 6m, 6m, 5.5m and 6m to the north, east, south and west respectively. Maximum cut diameter of 50mm. Whilst the tree has a high amenity value, it has begun to impact the property both physically and in terms of shade cast. This work is applied for in the interest of managing the tree in relation to the space available, giving suitable clearance to the property and also improve light levels to both the property and the outside space, whilst retaining good form and sufficient foliar area.

T1, Holm Oak : crown reduce to existing pollards points approximately 3.5-4m above ground level. Reduce all aspects of tree to leave a balanced shape to allow a new crown formation. Maximum diameter of cuts 50mm.

T1- Scots Pine: removal of 1 x heavily weighted, primary limb connected onto main tree stem.

T1 & T2- Sycamores: re-pollard to previous points.

Silver birch: fell.

Yew : Crown reduction by 300mm and prune back from overhead utility cables.

T9, Turkey Oak: reduce crown by 3-4m. T10, Turkey Oak : selected branch removal (remove lowest southern primary limb, leaving 1m stub (coronet cut) to minimise decay in the main stem). Dismantle the semi-mature tree that the limb is fused to as it has poor form and a high likely hood of failure in the future - leaving a 3m habitat pole. T11, Turkey Oak: reduce crown by 2m (reduce the remaining canopy of the large stem to balance the crown.); selected branch removal (fell the fractured stem into the wood.)

T1: Oak - raise crown over the gardens up to a height of 5m from ground level. Remove limb growing on eastern side. Reduce crown by up to 2m to leave a tree with a finished height of 8m and a 3m gap from the house. Restricting cut size to 75mm diameter.

T1 through to T5, oaks, from south to north respectively: (Maximum height of trees some 17m, average crown spread to west some 6m) 1. Crown lift trees on the east side over the garden to 4m above ground level removing epicormic branches only 2. Reduce height of trees by up to 3m 3. Reduce western crown spread of T4 by approximately 2.5m (over the car park)
