Erection of one detached dwelling house and construction of vehicular access: Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of 3/22/1237/FUL: To amend the design of the approved dwelling house.

Discharge amended condition 3 (Construction Traffic Management Plan) attached to 3/20/0561/FUL (wording was amended under non-material amendment approval 3/23/1054/NMA).

A non-material amendment to planning approval 3/20/0561/FUL - Amendment to Condition 3 to read as follows: No development (other than demolition) shall commence until a Construction Traffic Management Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the construction of the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved Plan. The Construction Traffic Management Plan shall include details of: a. Construction vehicle numbers, type, routing; b. Access arrangements to the site; c. Traffic management requirements d. Construction and storage compounds (including areas designated for car parking, loading / unloading and turning areas); e. Siting and details of wheel washing facilities; f. Cleaning of site entrances, site tracks and the adjacent public highway; g. Timing of construction activities (including delivery times and removal of waste) and to avoid school pick up/drop off times; h. Provision of sufficient on-site parking prior to commencement of construction activities; i. Post construction restoration/reinstatement of the working areas and temporary access to the public highway; j. where works cannot be contained wholly within the site a plan should be submitted showing the site layout on the highway including extent of hoarding, pedestrian routes and remaining road width for vehicle movements

Demolition of rear extension and construction of a single storey rear extension, installation of rear bi-fold doors with new sliding doors to rear and side elevations, insertion of internal door within existing doorway and amendment to position of step, filling-in of an existing internal doorway, re-instatement of an original internal door, change of opening between kitchen and proposed lounge, extension of utility room to the side through the enclosure of existing covered area, moving of external door on side elevation and in-filling brickwork, new external door on rear elevation and replacement of decking area with paving.

Demolition of 5 outbuildings. Construction of garage together with associated boundary works. A ground floor extension to stable block, roof extension with first floor dormers, first floor rear terrace and associated elevational alterations in connection with first floor residential use (in association with existing ground floor residential use, retaining ground floor stables). - Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 3/20/0912/FUL - Amendment to the existing stable use alongside internal reconfiguration to provide 2 housing units

Non-material amendment to 3/21/1480/HH: Removal of conservatory, greenhouse and carport. Construction of single storey rear extension and front and rear canopy, convert rear of garage to utility room. Replace west side roof, and insert 2 sun tubes into pitched roof. Alterations to fenestration.

Non-material amendment to 3/20/0171/FUL: Construction of 2 agricultural barns, with associated access road and hardstanding areas. To alter roof cladding from light green polyester coated, box profile steel sheeting to Eternit Profile 6, natural grey fibre cement corrugated sheeting.

Removal of conservatory. Construction of single storey front and rear extensions, garage conversion and alterations to fenestration. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/20/0409/HH - Ground floor front elevation and ground floor rear extensions to be rendered. Ground floor rear extension to match the depth of existing conservatory. 3 proposed rooflights in rear extension. Amendment to glazing details of rear extension.

A non-material amendment to approved planning Ref: 3/19/1228/HH - (Construction of two storey side and rear extensions with a single storey front extension.) to replace the garage door with window, in order to create a home office and rear door/window configuration altered.

A non-material amendment to approved planning Ref: 3/18/1479/FUL- Construction of 3 bedroom house.
