Layout changes to plots. 121, swapping the unit on plot 2 and the unit on plot 122, swapping with the unit on plot 3. Amendment to raised tables, to omit the raised table between Plot 29 and 30 and to move the raised table at the entrance to the site further away from West Road.

Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission 3/15/0260/FUL (Demolition of the existing dwelling and industrial buildings and erection of 12 dwellings, garages and landscaping) - The following amendments are sought: Plots 1-4: Relocation of chimneys, stone sills removed, amendment to pitch of roofs and removal of stone band detail. Plots 3-4: Replace brickwork with render at ground floor. Plot 4: Additional windows on side elevation and introduction of Jetty feature. Plots 5-6: Amendments to dormer windows. Plot 5: Revised chimney and relocated to the rear and amendments to entrance canopy to incorporate a gabled feature.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 3/18/0263/FUL: proposals for the demolition of old 'Combine' Shed and for the erection of two new dwellings, new 3 bay cart lodge for Yew Tree House and 2 car parking spaces for curtilage houses. Amendment to the approved drawings in that roof lanterns are proposed over the single storey kitchen element and the green roof proposed for this area will now be a standard flat roof finish
