Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission 3/15/0260/FUL (Demolition of the existing dwelling and industrial buildings and erection of 12 dwellings, garages and landscaping) - The following amendments are sought: Plots 1-4: Relocation of chimneys, stone sills removed, amendment to pitch of roofs and removal of stone band detail. Plots 3-4: Replace brickwork with render at ground floor. Plot 4: Additional windows on side elevation and introduction of Jetty feature. Plots 5-6: Amendments to dormer windows. Plot 5: Revised chimney and relocated to the rear and amendments to entrance canopy to incorporate a gabled feature.
