Retrospective application for the, temporary use of outbuilding as C3 dwellinghouse during construction of primary dwellinghouse

Erection of one detached dwelling house and construction of vehicular access: Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of 3/22/1237/FUL: To amend the design of the approved dwelling house.

Part demolition of building and part demolition to the rear; conversion of the basement and ground floor to provide Class E (c & (g)(i)) use; change of use to Class C3 Use (Residential) at first and second floors with access from the ground floor; creation of five one bedroom apartments and two 2 bedroom apartments; conversion of the barn to the rear to two 2 bedroom dwellings; construction of 8 new dwellings to rear (6 x three bedroom and 1 x 4 bedroom terraced houses with roof terraces and car ports and one two-storey 3 bedroom house with roof terrace and garage). Associated drainage, cycle stores, bin stores, car parking, and landscaping.

Removal of three chimney stacks. Construction of single storey link extension between main dwelling and outbuilding. Closure of open car port with door and brickwork and alterations to fenestration. Installation of roof lantern and insertion of nine roof light windows. Creation of rear paved area and replacement of rear paving. Construction of external wall incorporating gate and relocation of manhole. Removal and installation of partition walls and doorways. Alterations to fireplace and installation of fireplace.

Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of replacement 5-bed dwelling, together with alterations to terrace and driveway.

Construction of new 3-bedroom dwelling at the rear of the existing dwelling with basement, ground and first floor levels. Variation of condtion 5 (Archeaology) from planning approval 3/17/2770/FUL.

Removal of ground floor and first floor rear projection and part of mono-pitched side roof. Conversion to create 5, 2 bedroomed dwellings. Excavation to basement. Construction of two storey and part single storey rear extension incorporating first floor rear facing balconies with glass balustrades. Construction of second floor side extension. Install 2 EV charging points at front and create bin and bicycle storage area to the rear, landscaping works. Replacement windows and increase size of rear basement window. Internal alterations to install new partition walls, in fill existing openings, form new openings and doors, install new stairs and remove partition walls.

Construction of an additional storey to the dwelling to increase the height from 4.54 metres to 7.8 metres. (A separate Prior Approval application is also lodged for ground floor alterations with the same plans. This application includes plans, elevations and sections that show both the first floor and ground floor proposals together.)

Redevelopment of tennis court with construction of a new build eco dwelling and detached garage with an air source heat pump and new pond.
