Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission 3/15/0260/FUL (Demolition of the existing dwelling and industrial buildings and erection of 12 dwellings, garages and landscaping) - The following amendments are sought: Plots 1-4: Relocation of chimneys, stone sills removed, amendment to pitch of roofs and removal of stone band detail. Plots 3-4: Replace brickwork with render at ground floor. Plot 4: Additional windows on side elevation and introduction of Jetty feature. Plots 5-6: Amendments to dormer windows. Plot 5: Revised chimney and relocated to the rear and amendments to entrance canopy to incorporate a gabled feature.

A non-material amendment to planning permission 3/18/1155/FUL - Erection of a single detached dwelling and associated parking/landscaping. (Outline Approval reference 3/16/1855/OUT - allowed on appeal) - Slight reduction in size of dwelling. Change of brick colour. Change of cladding colour.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 3/18/2289/FUL: (Demolition of commercial office and storage unit (Class B1/B2). Erection of 1 no. dwelling. Creation of parking area. Associated landscaping works). Amendment to floor level, steps on south and north elevation and changes to fenestration.

A non-material amendment to 3/19/1024/FUL: Detailed planning application for the erection of 254 dwellings, associated parking, landscaping and amenity space, along with vehicular and pedestrian access from Thieves Lane and Welwyn Road. Amendments to house types. Amendments to internal floor plan and elevations for type B842 (Plots 70, 71, 75, 76 and 78) and amendments to window locations type S825 (11, 18 and 39).

Non-material amendment to planning permission 3/18/2289/FUL (Demolition of commercial office and storage unit [Class B1/B2]. Erection of 1 no. dwelling. Creation of parking area. Associated landscaping works) - Ground floor level to be dropped, re-configured internal layout, re-positioning of external steps and lowering the entrance door and ground floor slot windows.

Application to vary conditions of :- 2 (Approved plans), 3 (External Materials), 4 (Construction Traffic Management Plan) and 7 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) of Planning permission 3/17/0223/FUL (Erection of a 3 storey block comprising 7 x 2 bed flats and 2 x 1 bed flats, together with associated landscaping, car parking, cycle shelter and refuse storage building). The effect of the changes will be to amend the details of the design and submit information to enable the wording of conditions to be amended.
