Change of use and conversion of E(g)(i) solicitors office into mixed use E(a) retail shop unit at ground floor and basement and 2, (C3 residential units) at first and second floor including alterations to back addition pitched roof, formation of side facing inverted dormer, installation of secondary glazing to front elevation and air conditioning with heat recovery system. Erection of single storey rear canopy and removal of chimney.

Demolition of garage and store and erection of single storey detached outbuilding comprising a double garage, bike workshop, garden store and office.
