Erection of one detached dwelling house and construction of vehicular access: Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of 3/22/1237/FUL: To amend the design of the approved dwelling house.

Proposed erection of detached three bedroom dwelling. Moving the internal stairs resulting in the re-positioning of an existing high level window to the west Elevation and patio doors to replace current window to bedroom two. New side conservatory. Removal of condition 4 (programme of archaeological work) of planning permission: 3/21/2298/VAR - House already built and almost finished. Applied for a variation on the side elevation had deep drainage also a gas main dug along this side with pictures as proof. The foot print of this house had already had a archaeological report before.

Demolition of existing house. Construction of one 2 storey detached house with basement, 2 rear dormer windows and 2 balconies to rear first floor, together with the erection of a detached garage. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/21/0893/FUL - Removal of external steps to basement. Increase size of front porch. Amendments to windows and doors. New windows and doors. Removal of handrail from balcony railing to become frameless glazed balcony. Alteration to garage, revised position of dwelling.

Erection of 9 dwellings, creation of access and associated landscaping. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/21/1725/FUL - Modernisation of house type designs, Plots 3-7 re-sited westwards to avoid power line, Plot 7 now attached to Plot 6, Plot 2 and 7 house types swapped, Plot 1 re-sited nearer to Plot 2, revised boundary treatment between plots and use of GeoGrow instead of retaining walls.

Variation of conditions 2 (Approved plans) and 12 (facilities for the storage and removal of refuse) of planning permission: 3/19/1384/FUL - Change of use and conversion of care home (use class C2), to provide five residential apartments - 5no. 2 bed (use class C3). Erection of two storey front extension and 3 front dormer windows. Erection of 1 dormer window to side elevation. Erection of two storey rear extension and 2 rear dormer windows. Provision of access stairway, alteration of vehicular access, to provide 6 off street parking spaces. Lowering of land levels, to facilitate the provision of integrated bin store.

Variation of condition 2 of approval 3/19/0102/FUL (Erection of a 4 No bedroom house with associated parking for up to 6 vehicles). Amendments have been made to the approved design. Existing condition to be changed to refer to the new amended drawings.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref: 3/18/2369/HH: Demolition of summerhouse. Erection of pool house, creation of glazed link, reinstatement of cornice, alterations to fenestration erection fo garden walls and creation of external steps. Internal alterations to include: removal and creation of walls with the creation of W.C.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 3/18/0263/FUL: proposals for the demolition of old 'Combine' Shed and for the erection of two new dwellings, new 3 bay cart lodge for Yew Tree House and 2 car parking spaces for curtilage houses. Amendment to the approved drawings in that roof lanterns are proposed over the single storey kitchen element and the green roof proposed for this area will now be a standard flat roof finish
