Materials for the exterior work to the extension to be of a similar appearance to the exterior of the existing house. Pitched roof to the extension to be clad in tiles that give a similar visual appearance to those used on the existing house roof.

Brick up timber window formed in chimney breast. Alter and enlarge window to west elevation and fit metal framed window. Replace external front wooden fence with metal railings. Remove garage doors and provide a render finish, cladding the attached annexe building with black feather board. Replace doors on either side of the link (between the main house and annexe) with double glass doors and replace flat roof with a tiled ridge roof.
