Paved path added to the east and north plot boundary joining to the parking to the west of the plot. Bin and Cycle Store added to rear garden of Plots 13-16.

Repair retaining walls, reduce site levels of driveway ramp and increase hardstanding, driveway and off street car parking capacity, removal of detached garage, construction of detached garage/carport, extend front porch, utility room pitched roof replaced with flat roof, alterations to ground floor and first floor fenestration (windows and doors), replace and extend cladding, new external steps and retaining wall. Provide acoustic fencing and sustainable soft landscaping (shrubs), lay non-slip pavings and surfacing to driveway and forecourt, reposition sliding entrance vehicle gate and retaining wall.
