Removal of single storey rear projection and front porch. Construction of single storey rear extension and new front canopy roof. Garage conversion and replace garage door with window. Exterior remodelling including alterations to external materials and alterations to first floor and ground floor windows. Insert new roof lantern window and install solar panels on roof. Landscape design work to the rear of the garden to include a proposed pool, and reconfiguration to the existing raised area into a dining area and outdoor kitchen/BBQ area.
