Retrospective creation of secure storage compound with 1 storage container (that will house equipment and materials in support of the local telecoms infrastructure network, such as excavations tools, ducting, fibre cable and man hole covers). Part retrospective Reinstatement of access to the private land with installation of steel gates and timber fence

Retrospective planning application for demolition of damaged and unsafe walls to either side of access. Replacement of walls on same footprint and to same height as those removed. Removal of gates and replacement with new metal gates and side fences.

Construction of a front porch, steps, replacement fence and retaining side wall with associated hard standing and patio work (retrospective).
