Internal alterations to include the removal and creation of walls and doors. Erection of detached double garage. Erection of 4, 2 bedroomed dwellings with bin store, cycle shed and associated hard standing and landscaping and parking.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of the LPA's approval 3/19/1955/VAR (Approval of reserved matters in respect of appearance, layout, scale and landscaping for the erection of 85 no. dwellings, following application 3/14/2200/OP allowed on appeal APP/J1915/W/15/3127807) - Garage removed at plot 65, fence and boundary lines amended and a shed added. Paved path added to the east and north plot boundary joining to the parking to the west of the plot. Bin and Cycle Store added to rear garden of Plots 13-16.
