Single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration to the rear with replacement window in existing dormer window. Existing roofs made good, reforming of C16 roof and demolition of rear outbuildings. New internal walls erected to allow for the creation of a ground floor corridor and one 1 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor, with the installation of a WC to the retail units and kitchen and bathroom to the residential accommodation.
