Erection of a solar photovoltaic farm with an output capacity not to exceed 49.9MW of energy, with supporting infrastructure and battery storage, inverters and transformers, fencing and landscaping works

Installation of 25 metre x 45 metre private use equestrian menage arena, together with associated fencing.

Creation of new vehicular access way, fencing, landscaping and blocking up of existing access way.

Refurbishment of an Artificial Grass Pitch (AGP) with replacement playing surface, new perimeter fencing, hardstanding areas, storage container and replacement floodlights.

Redevelopment of the site to provide community leisure and sports hub comprising: retrospective removal of the speedway track; change of use of existing building to a gym (Class E(d)); extension of existing gymnastics club building; change of use of existing buildings to substation and security building; use of land as car park for moorings and river boat dwellers. Proposed installation of artificial grass football pitch with perimeter ball stop fencing, pitch divider net system (Class F2(c)) and replacement floodlights; removal of existing buildings; erection of new buildings for football changing and clubhouse (ancillary to the Class F2(c) use), dance studio (Sui Generis) and hospitality (Sui Generis); associated parking for all facilities and landscaping.

Change of use from public house to 2 dwellings, including repair and restoration of existing structure, removal of pitched slate roof over part of modern rear extension. Demolition of modern kitchen chimney, single storey rear extension to kitchen/ lavatory building, redecking of existing flat roof over existing kitchen/lavatory area, new rear door opening, new rear ground floor, first floor and roof window openings, replacement front windows and doors, removal of garden shed and external gates and installation of new fencing and external gates.

Conversion of workshop and vinery to create a single one bedroom dwelling, alterations to the roof and external materials, construction of attached car port, insert new windows, doors and rooflight windows. Creation of new vehicular access to include replacement of fence with new entrance gates.
