Remodelling of side entrance to create a new guest entrance

Alterations to Grade II Listed Building and Barn. Externally, works to include removal of cement render and replacement with lime plaster, including the authentic replication of the pargetting patterns, reboarding, addition of small single-storey steel-framed glazed link to north east. Internally, works to include exposing original brick plinth throughout, replacement of C.20 floors with breathable alternatives appropriate to historic context, new plumbing and electrics throughout and some minor internal remodelling of C.20 fabric. New air source heat pump to barn.
