Removal of existing porch, ground floor internal walls in kitchen (retrospective), construction of a single storey rear extension and new stud walls on the first floor. Repairs to existing windows, replacement of plastic guttering with cast iron, fixing new studwork to existing structure with minimal fixings, creation of an ensuite bathroom to the rear bedroom using the existing external SVP.

Retrospective change of use from agricultural storage to workshop (B1), addition of single storey log store, together with internal and external alterations to outbuilding comprising of internal partitions to create WC, formation of new window openings, replacement of roof, removal of corrugated external cladding and replacement with feather edge timber board.

Replacement of rear elevation windows x 2 from that of uPVC to wooden casements plus retrospective permission for two further windows.
