Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) and 3 (Materials specified) of planning approval 3/22/1985/HH - Raising of roof and loft conversion to create first floor, incorporating five dormers and two rooflights. Erection of two storey rear extension with rear gable. Alterations to fenestration. Remodelling of existing conservatory in traditional form with pitched tiled roof. Construction of front porch. Demolition of existing garage and re-build as car port. Extension of driveway- Amendments to the materials, location of Western dormer adjusted, alterations of fenestration.

Demolition of all buildings and erection of 49 dwellings comprising 17 apartments, 14 x 3 bedroom and 18 x 4 bedroom houses, construction of associated roadways, access, landscape and ancillary works. Variation of condition 27 (pedestrian dropped kerbs and tactile paving off site) of planning permission: 3/20/0897/FUL - To change the wording to: Detailed plans must be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, in consultation with the Highway Authority, which show the provision of pedestrian dropped kerbs and tactile paving on either side of the junction at Tamworth Road/Fairfax Road. These works shall be completed prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted and retained in that form thereafter.

Demolition of existing house. Construction of one 2 storey detached house with basement, 2 rear dormer windows and 2 balconies to rear first floor, together with the erection of a detached garage. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/21/0893/FUL - Removal of external steps to basement. Increase size of front porch. Amendments to windows and doors. New windows and doors. Removal of handrail from balcony railing to become frameless glazed balcony. Alteration to garage, revised position of dwelling.

Demolition of prefabricated building. Erection of side extension, alterations to fenestration and cladding. Extension of car park and change of external materials. Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans) and 3 (samples of the external materials of construction) of planning permission: 3/18/1167/FUL - Change of material due to external materials not being available within an acceptable timeframe.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission: 3/20/0413/FUL (Demolition of existing science building and the erection of a new 2-storey teaching block [Use Class D1] with associated landscaping and the installation of an additional block of interim temporary classrooms during construction [Approximately 1068 m2 GEA] alongside the retention of temporary units approved under planning consent 3/18/2098/FUL) - Revisions to elevations of the proposed teaching block.

Application to vary conditions of :- 2 (Approved plans), 3 (External Materials), 4 (Construction Traffic Management Plan) and 7 (Hard and Soft Landscaping) of Planning permission 3/17/0223/FUL (Erection of a 3 storey block comprising 7 x 2 bed flats and 2 x 1 bed flats, together with associated landscaping, car parking, cycle shelter and refuse storage building). The effect of the changes will be to amend the details of the design and submit information to enable the wording of conditions to be amended.
