Erection of one detached dwelling house and construction of vehicular access: Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of 3/22/1237/FUL: To amend the design of the approved dwelling house.

Part demolition of building and part demolition to the rear; conversion of the basement and ground floor to provide Class E (c & (g)(i)) use; change of use to Class C3 Use (Residential) at first and second floors with access from the ground floor; creation of five one bedroom apartments and two 2 bedroom apartments; conversion of the barn to the rear to two 2 bedroom dwellings; construction of 8 new dwellings to rear (6 x three bedroom and 1 x 4 bedroom terraced houses with roof terraces and car ports and one two-storey 3 bedroom house with roof terrace and garage). Associated drainage, cycle stores, bin stores, car parking, and landscaping.

Removal of three chimney stacks. Construction of single storey link extension between main dwelling and outbuilding. Closure of open car port with door and brickwork and alterations to fenestration. Installation of roof lantern and insertion of nine roof light windows. Creation of rear paved area and replacement of rear paving. Construction of external wall incorporating gate and relocation of manhole. Removal and installation of partition walls and doorways. Alterations to fireplace and installation of fireplace.

Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of replacement 5-bed dwelling, together with alterations to terrace and driveway.

Installation of roof lantern and insertion of nine roof light windows. Creation of rear paved area and replacement of rear paving. Construction of an additional storey to the dwelling to increase the height from 4.54 metres to 7.8 metres. (A separate Prior Approval application is also lodged for ground floor alterations with the same plans. This application includes plans, elevations and sections that show both the first floor and ground floor proposals together.)

Demolition of conservatory and construction of single storey extension on rear elevation of original dwelling. Eaves of the extension will not exceed the height of the eaves of existing dwelling house. New ridge not to be more than 4.0 metres above ground level. Materials for the exterior work to the extension to be of a similar appearance to the exterior of the existing house. Pitched roof to the extension to be clad in tiles that give a similar visual appearance to those used on the existing house roof.

Demolition of all buildings and erection of 49 dwellings comprising 17 apartments, 14 x 3 bedroom and 18 x 4 bedroom houses, construction of associated roadways, access, landscape and ancillary works. Variation of condition 27 (pedestrian dropped kerbs and tactile paving off site) of planning permission: 3/20/0897/FUL - To change the wording to: Detailed plans must be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, in consultation with the Highway Authority, which show the provision of pedestrian dropped kerbs and tactile paving on either side of the junction at Tamworth Road/Fairfax Road. These works shall be completed prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted and retained in that form thereafter.

Variation of condition 7 (Prior to the commencement of development, the access and junction arrangement shall be completed in accordance with drawing 8634-SK-004 Rev A) for planning approval: 3/17/1145/OUT. Application under S73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to outline planning permission APP/J1915/W/17/3184877 for the development of up to 13 dwellings including associated access at Land at Gosmore Paddock, Benington SG2 7DD without complying with condition 7 (timing of site access arrangements). The application seeks to enable construction to begin with the site access completed to base layer with completion to adoptable standards required prior to first occupation of the residential units

Variation of condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning approval 3/21/2810/LBC: Conversion of public house with ancillary residential accommodation on first floor to three (2-bed) dwellings, demolition of outbuildings and single storey rear extensions. Construction of single storey side and rear extensions. The reinstatement of external doorway on front elevation. Alterations to include - Property 1, removal of extension, relocation of window, moving of bike stores and internal alterations. House 2 - party wall to be linked, internal alterations. House 3 - internal alterations.
