Erection of one detached dwelling house and construction of vehicular access: Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of 3/22/1237/FUL: To amend the design of the approved dwelling house.

Part demolition of building and part demolition to the rear; conversion of the basement and ground floor to provide Class E (c & (g)(i)) use; change of use to Class C3 Use (Residential) at first and second floors with access from the ground floor; creation of five one bedroom apartments and two 2 bedroom apartments; conversion of the barn to the rear to two 2 bedroom dwellings; construction of 8 new dwellings to rear (6 x three bedroom and 1 x 4 bedroom terraced houses with roof terraces and car ports and one two-storey 3 bedroom house with roof terrace and garage). Associated drainage, cycle stores, bin stores, car parking, and landscaping.

Demolition of house and erection of two detached 5 bedroomed dwellings with integral garages and a new vehicle access.

Non material amendment to planning approval 3/21/2939/REM - The proposed house type amendments are associated with a change to the Part O (Overheating) and Part L (Energy) requirements of Building Regulations, which, from 15 June 2023, require all new properties to be fitted with an alternative heating source, increased cavity thickness and review of the extent of glazing, to address issues of overheating through compliance with thermal modelling. Remove gas boilers, and deliver air source heat pumps across all new dwellings. All the house type plans have been updated, to reflect the change to the plot numbers, others to reflect the amendments to the regulations. These changes have resulted in the need to substitute the house types at Plots 97, 99, 102, 105, 131, 132, 135, 172 and 173, to ensure dwellings fit on their plots, and amendment to the school land boundary.

Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) for planning approval 3/21/2839/REM (Approval of reserved matters (layout, scale, appearance and landscaping) for Parcel B of 3/21/1749/VAR (approved under outline planning 3/18/2253/OUT) comprising 155 no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated works.) Amendments comprise: Replacement of 4 Arkwright house types (4 bed 6 person) with 2.5 storey Millwright house types (5 bed 9 person) (Plots 270, 271, 273 & 278). Changing Plot 272 from a Reedmaker house type (4 bed 6 person) to 2.5 storey Granger house type (5 bed 7 person).

Removal of condition 10 (Programme of archaeological work) of planning approval 3/17/2640/FUL - Demolition of house, erection of four bedroom replacement dwelling (Amendment to planning approval 3/16/2132/FUL - Removal of chimney to the flank elevation, bay window to the front elevation, canopy and window to the side elevation. Replacement of ground floor windows to kitchen/family room with bi-fold patio doors and first floor window with double casement window. Alterations to materials)

Proposed erection of detached three bedroom dwelling. Moving the internal stairs resulting in the re-positioning of an existing high level window to the west Elevation and patio doors to replace current window to bedroom two. New side conservatory. Removal of condition 4 (programme of archaeological work) of planning permission: 3/21/2298/VAR - House already built and almost finished. Applied for a variation on the side elevation had deep drainage also a gas main dug along this side with pictures as proof. The foot print of this house had already had a archaeological report before.

Demolition of all buildings; erection of seven dwellings (one four bedroom detached house; two 3 bedroom detached houses, two 3 bedroom bungalows, two 3 bedroom semi-detached houses); cart lodges and parking spaces and creation of new vehicular access way.

Demolition of outbuilding, greenhouse and lean to. Part demolition of garage. Conversion of 2 dwellings to 1 dwelling. Alterations to garage to create outbuilding/home office, alterations to barn to create annexe. replacement of window cills, repairs to roof, replacement of fascias, replacement of render, replacement of glazed doors for windows and insertion of secondary glazing. Landscaping to include drainage works, new front gate.
