Demolition of modern side porch. Erection of single storey rear extension with solar paels. Construction of east and west open canopies. Installation of pedestrian gate. Alterations to fenestration. Removal and insertion of partition walls.

Demolition of rear conservatory, construction of replacement single storey rear extension, minor external works to rear hard landscaping to include partial demolition and alteration of existing retaining wall, removal of steps, alteration of patio level. Ground floor internal alterations to include the removal of partition walls, door and cupboard and install new partition wall.

Repairs to the Council Chamber roof to include new lead capping

Replacement of windows, with partial increase to 4 windows. Replacement of the cement render with lime and natural breathable insulation. Alterations to staircase to the eastern end of the main range and re-roofing.

Reroofing works to part of the Main Building (Listed) and to Thames House (not Listed), removal of tiled pitched roof coverings back to the rafters, and replacement with new handmade plain clay tiles and ridge tiles, new treated tiling battens and breathable roofing membrane. Replace all existing leadwork to the areas being reroofed. Reroofing of a single storey HORSA building, comprising removal of the existing asbestos cement corrugated sheet roof, and replacement with a Kingspan Quadcore metal insulated roof covering. Replacement of guttering to the Main Building and Thames House.

Removal down to ground level and rebuilding of part of the northern boundary wall (adjoining the eastern section), and eastern boundary wall from the north corner to meter cupboard, re-using bricks where possible. Re-pointing of existing brickwork of all boundary walls where required.

Repairs to roof to include: front lower rafters stabilised and secondary rafters installed. Opening of masonry to the rear verge to check general deterioration and replace/treat timber. Attachment of mechanical straps to secure rear wall plate, purlin and underside of front rafter. Installation of trimmers to rafter intersections with the chimney. Provide straps across the Principal Trusses and tie rods to the masonry gable wall. Application of paste preservative treatment of timbers. Apply a spray preservative to rafters.

Removal of single storey rear projections. Construction of Two storey rear extension and part ground floor side extension. Block up first floor side window, install rooflight windows, alter ground floor side window and replace rear pitched roof concrete pantiles with natural slate.

Replacement of side extension with new side extension. Erection of rear orangery extension with sunken terrace. Construction of front porch. Insertion of access door. Insertion of partition walls and doorways, including the creation of ground floor bathroom.
