External alterations to include back addition pitched roof, formation of side facing inverted dormer with velux roof light, installation of secondary glazing to front elevation and air conditioning with heat recovery system, erection of single storey rear canopy and removal of chimney. Internal alterations to include removal and replacement of walls and doors and relocation/replacement of staircase.
