The level of the side passage and the rear garden has been lowered. 2 steps added to the front of the bi-fold doors. An existing small window on a ground floor below the staircase (removed in the initial proposal) was brought back. The width of the door leading to the side passage was reduced from 1500mm to 1000mm. The construction material of the front fence wall was changed from red multi brickwork matching existing building to a timber dark grey to match the colour of the side door. The finish of the extension was changed from white render to multi brickwork matching existing building. The finish of the flat roof was changed from sedum modules to GRP. Single skylight has been replaced with 2 skylights
