Variation of condition 27 (pedestrian dropped kerbs and tactile paving off site) of planning permission: 3/20/0897/FUL - To change the wording to: Detailed plans must be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, in consultation with the Highway Authority, which show the provision of pedestrian dropped kerbs and tactile paving on either side of the junction at Tamworth Road/Fairfax Road. These works shall be completed prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted and retained in that form thereafter.

New windows and doors. Removal of handrail from balcony railing to become frameless glazed balcony. Alteration to garage, revised position of dwelling.
