Non-material amendments to planning approval 3/21/0978/HH. Overall extension size was reduced, side extension was removed. The level of the side passage and the rear garden has been lowered. 2 steps added to the front of the bi-fold doors. An existing small window on a ground floor below the staircase (removed in the initial proposal) was brought back. The width of the door leading to the side passage was reduced from 1500mm to 1000mm.
