Maintenance works comprising replacement of thatch ridges; replacement and repair rotted and vandalised windows; replacement of 1970s front door and surround; replacement of broken clay chimney pot; and, replacement of vandalised clay roof tiles (to accompany application for the change of use from a public house with ancillary accommodation to a residential property with workshop and retail outlet).
