Hill Top House change Hardie Plank from Arctic White to Pearl Grey. Remove rendered panel and replace with Thermowood Shiplap boarding in Dark Grey.Fencing - change from Forest Products Kyoto fence panels to generally 1.8m high close boarded on timber cant rails & posts, with nominal 1.2m high in front garden diving areas.
