Immature Oak Tree (Quercus Robur) - Reduce the Oak tree height from approx 6m down to 4m by a Crown Reduction including trimming of branches near to or overhanging garden boundary fence with adjoining neighbouring properties.

Non material amendment to allow allow for Unit 1 - Minor changes the rear, north eastern elevation to lift the sill level of the two middle windows increase the amount of masonry above lintel height and consequently lowering of the sill height of the two end windows Unit 2 - minor changes to lower the head height of all door and window openings to the ground floor and omission of the pedestrian door at first floor to the north eastern elevation. Site layout - reconfiguration of the pedestrian pathways consequent changes to the landscaping beds reconfiguration of the internal privacy fencing post and rail fence in place of already demolished section of free-standing stone wall adjacent to the south eastern elevation of Unit 2 pursuant to NE/21/00940/FUL - Proposed construction of two holiday lets and associated works.

Demolishing and replacement of existing stone boundary wall (average 2.0m high) and timber panel fence (average 1.8m high) separating Meeting Lane public foot path and house numbers 4 to 11 Wearra Close and also part number 2 Meeting lane rear garden.

1 - Magnolia - Cut down and remove root. Large tree over 8m x 8m. The branches spread up to the house and restrict access to back door. It is far too big for its position near the house. Mature height 9m. 2 - Yew Tree - Cut down and remove root. It is 7.2m x 2m tall, near the house and blocking light bedroom and kitchen windows. Mature height 12m. 3 - Sitka Spruce Tree - Cut down and remove root. This is a large tree which is only going to grow more. It is within 1.5m of the house. We have a raised bump in the kitchen floor which may be a root from the tree. Generally we feel this is too near the house and is affecting the foundations. Mature height 18m. 4 - Leyandi Cypress- Cut down and remove root. Medium sized tree 6m x 2m. This is in the wrong place and will grow up 20m. We wish to use this space by the fence to plant shrubs and a herbaceous border. Our house grade 2 listed built in 1600's so the foundations are not deep so our concern is that large mature trees could affect the foundations. We also are keen to increase the light into the house as the large trees are blocking the light as shown in the photos provided. We hope to replant the area with shrubs and herbs in keeping with the house.

New security fence to front of the school site, providing access-controlled gates to the front of the school site for staff and students and remodelling the front entrance to better protect the staff and students from the general public.
