Variation of condition 3 to add the words in the condition 'with the exception of those listed below' after 'All external finishes' and add new final paragraph to read: 'Exceptions: (1) Main roof to House 1 to be finished with slate. Variation of condition 3 (materials) to allow for the roof to be Natural Blue Slate instead of matching to the existing Collyweston Slate. Condition to be varied to state "The works hereby permitted shall be carried out using materials (including the replacement windows) to match the existing dwelling apart from the roof finish to be natural slate to match sample supplied and they shall be retained in this manner in perpetuity." pursuant to NE/22/00393/LBC - Single storey rear extension, replacement windows, replacement rainwater goods.

Variation of condition 3 to allow for double glazing within the proposed frames pursuant to NE/21/00814/LBC. Works to dwelling to include the replacement of 2 no. windows on north-east elevation. Works to outbuildings to include their repair; the replacement of existing pantile roof coverings; the installation of a window in an existing opening on the east elevation; and the replacement of a link roof.

Variation of condition 2 to allow for minor amendments to proposal with regards openings and layout changes to three of the barns pursuant to 19/01047/LBC - Repair and alteration to listed barns to allow for change of use to mixed use 4 dwellings (C3); replacement roof tiles; replacement and new fenestration and doors; repair and restore internal structures and associated works
