Proposed change of use from B8 and ancillary retail sales (Sui generis) to warehouseing, retail, manufacture and light industrial work, to include a luthier workshop to make guitars, electric guitar pick ups and other ancillary items on site. To facilitate this there will be the creation of smaller work areas within the warehouse using modular steel partitioning.

Demolition of single storey lean to structure, and erection of two storey side extension, for use as display area. Change of use of existing light industrial/storage building (B1) to research and development facility with storage, training and educational area, test kitchen and on site cafe with retail sales and display of catering equipment.
