Immature Oak Tree (Quercus Robur) - Reduce the Oak tree height from approx 6m down to 4m by a Crown Reduction including trimming of branches near to or overhanging garden boundary fence with adjoining neighbouring properties.

1 - Magnolia - Cut down and remove root. Large tree over 8m x 8m. The branches spread up to the house and restrict access to back door. It is far too big for its position near the house. Mature height 9m. 2 - Yew Tree - Cut down and remove root. It is 7.2m x 2m tall, near the house and blocking light bedroom and kitchen windows. Mature height 12m. 3 - Sitka Spruce Tree - Cut down and remove root. This is a large tree which is only going to grow more. It is within 1.5m of the house. We have a raised bump in the kitchen floor which may be a root from the tree. Generally we feel this is too near the house and is affecting the foundations. Mature height 18m. 4 - Leyandi Cypress- Cut down and remove root. Medium sized tree 6m x 2m. This is in the wrong place and will grow up 20m. We wish to use this space by the fence to plant shrubs and a herbaceous border. Our house grade 2 listed built in 1600's so the foundations are not deep so our concern is that large mature trees could affect the foundations. We also are keen to increase the light into the house as the large trees are blocking the light as shown in the photos provided. We hope to replant the area with shrubs and herbs in keeping with the house.

Removal of 21 no. self-set ash trees . The majority of the trees have grown through a wire fence that is damaged and dangerous and needs removing. The trees will be replaced with fruit trees.within the Walled Garden including cherry, apple, plum, crab-apple and pear, to complement the existing ancient varieties of fruit trees within the garden.

Prune all the self-set ash and common elder trees back to the fence line and to a height of 5m on the track to allow enough access for tankers, On the right-hand side of the site (Approximately 70m) as highlighted on the map the tree will be prune back 1m and 3m high.

Sycamore tree - fell to height of 8 foot fence ,chip and remove all arisings Shrubs (yellow) - fell, and cut back overhanging creepers

T1 - Beech - fell to ground level - interfering with satellite reception for neighbouring property and lower trunk is now 1" from concrete fence post.

Silver Birch (SB) fell as the tree is diseased (see photos b) & c) and unstable. The tree is leaning over the boundary fence and has shed branches during high winds. Ash (Ash) raise crown to 4 metres, prune overhanging branches by 1.5 metres. Work to be carried out by a professional tree surgeon. Replacement hornbeam and beech saplings have been planted.
