1 - Magnolia - Cut down and remove root. Large tree over 8m x 8m. The branches spread up to the house and restrict access to back door. It is far too big for its position near the house. Mature height 9m. 2 - Yew Tree - Cut down and remove root. It is 7.2m x 2m tall, near the house and blocking light bedroom and kitchen windows. Mature height 12m. 3 - Sitka Spruce Tree - Cut down and remove root. This is a large tree which is only going to grow more. It is within 1.5m of the house. We have a raised bump in the kitchen floor which may be a root from the tree. Generally we feel this is too near the house and is affecting the foundations. Mature height 18m. 4 - Leyandi Cypress- Cut down and remove root. Medium sized tree 6m x 2m. This is in the wrong place and will grow up 20m. We wish to use this space by the fence to plant shrubs and a herbaceous border. Our house grade 2 listed built in 1600's so the foundations are not deep so our concern is that large mature trees could affect the foundations. We also are keen to increase the light into the house as the large trees are blocking the light as shown in the photos provided. We hope to replant the area with shrubs and herbs in keeping with the house.

Discharge of condition pursuant to planning permission NE/22/01255/FUL Demolition of existing tandem two-car brick built garage with log store and replacement with oak framed, three-bay car garage with ground floor garden tools / log store to the left side. Work home office to first floor (one bay) with external staircase for access, leaving eaves available for storage. Drive will be widened to facilitate access to the garage from the front (currently a lawned area). This will also provide additional parking spaces and turning room within the property boundaries. Condition 7 - existing trees to be retained have been protected in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and~ approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority

T2 and T5 Cherry T3 Cherry plum and T4 Apple (Crab) Fell to combat subsidence damage to 13 Chapel street, Titchmarsh, Kettering, NN14 3DA. Trees are located to the left hand side of 13 Chapel Street owner of the trees is Titchmarsh House, Titchmarsh, NN14 3DA.

T1-Cycamore :Pollard to previous points- Due to proximity to stone wall and historical pollarding of this specimen creating decay in the upper trunk. T2-Yew : Pollard to 3m monolith- Due to proximity to wall and house this specimen requires reducing. However due to the lack of internal growth points and the desire to maintain the tree as a smaller specimen in the future, allowing it to regrow a new smaller crown is the best option to retain the tree long term. T3-Whitebeam : Crown reduction by 1.5-2.5m- The client wishes to produce a smaller compact tree.

Remove a Yew tree with a possible Hawthorn tree growing inside of it less than 3 meters from the house, or cut down to manageable size (7 foot max. Two Hawthorn trees at the back of the garden -to pollard as the branches have affected the roof and guttering of the next door property and branching over the boundary to a private road.

Removal of Eucalyptus tree, roots are protruding into the drain at 18 Main Street, and also into the foundation of the house, as well as applicants garden.

Fell existing Beech tree (TPO 0063) due to disease within the tree (see images) thereby ensuring the safety of other protected tress within close proximity (Oak and a Horse Chestnut) and nearby house. Replace with a younger Beech tree in the same location with a height no shorter than 2 metres.

Lime tree - remove and replace with Acer Lime tree (TPO 0206) - fell following advice from a local Arborist (Rockleigh Ltd., Thrapston House, Huntingdon Rd, Thrapston, NN14 4NF) because of existing and ongoing damage to garden walls (See notes in doc "27 Mid 2"), risk to life as it could fall on adjoining properties in high winds (the Lime tree is approx 40ft tall and could impact 29, 31, 33 and 35 Midland Road together with 18 and 22 Halford Street) and low public amenity value as it cannot be seen from Halford Street or Midland Road as obscured by housing. In addition, it causes excessive shading (our garden and 3 neighbours - 29, 31 and 33 Midland Road). We have taken advice from a local arborist (Rockleigh Ltd.) and plan to replant/replace with a more suitable tree for the location and size of garden in a similar position, we have been recommended and planning to plant an Acer Tree | Acer davidii | Snake Bark Maple - grows to max 10m high and 3-5m spread, also recommended an 8-10cm girth tree so well established. We also have concerns after a succession of dry summers it may have made the TPO tree unstable in the event of high winds, in light of it being 40ft tall. The Lime tree is not suitable for suburban gardens. The tree would be felled by qualified arborist via the rear access to 27 Midland Road garden, who have also offered to assist in planting the replacement.

T1 - Bay tree. crown lift by removing all low branches to a height of 2m above ground level, reduce the crown reduction to leave a 1m gap between the crown and the wall of the house, reduce overall height, not exceeding 1m, and of crown width, not exceeding 2m.

1 x Ash (T26)- 1.5m Crown reduction to maintain size of tree and limit excessive shading due to proximity of house and outbuilding.
