Maintenance works comprising repair of window and frames; replacement of thatch ridges; replacement rotted and smashed windows; replacement front door; replacement of broken clay chimney pot; replacement of smashed roof tiles (to accompany application for the change of use from a public house with ancillary accommodation to a residential property with ancillary domestic workshop)

Demolition of existing garage and construction of a new garage with ancillary residential accommodation above; and new access to highway. Removal of UPVC windows to be replaced with stone mullioned windows to principal elevations with bronze window inserts and insertion of painted timber casement windows to side and rear elevations. Windows augmented to created three sets of painted timber french windows on ground floor to sides and rear elevations and the insertion of 4no new window openings, 3 on the north elevation and 1 on the east elevation to be detailed to match existing openings. Existing front porch removed and rear porch and door to be closed up on ground floor with detailing to match existing.
