T1- Horse Chestnut- Crown raise to 4 metres- Reduce some weight to lower limbs to prevent failure; T2, T3, T4, T5 - Horse Chestnut- Remove epicormic on trunk to maintain clean stem; T6 Yew- Remove single small limb overhanging highway

Ash (T1) - one low branch is extending out over the garden of number 76. Branch is 2 to 3 metres high. Reduce the branch back by 2 to 3 metres to suitable growth points. Reason: to improve access to the border under the tree and to allow more light onto the border. Wounds would be about 8 to 10 cm diameter.

Sycamore trees T1 and T2 on the boundary of the property over hanging neighbouring property. To reduce the overhanging limbs by approximately 3 m. This would not un balance the tree as the growth is more bias to this side. Reason :to provide sufficient clearance to the neighbouring property as it over hangs quite heavily.

Repollarding willow back to previous points by fifteen feet and reducing three small sycamores by six foot due to limb failure

Removal of -T1-Western Red Cedar (TPO 0088)- approx 20m tall- approx 0.6m DBH Reason- The tree is in close proximity to 3 buildings, the closest 2 of which do not belong to the tree owner. The owner wishes to reduce the likelihood of future insurance claims made against them for damage to neighbouring properties. Due to the nature of this species the specimen in question is an adolescent and will eventually be a 45m tree. The primary concern is future damage to adjacent buildings.

T3 Willow - Remove Reason: Clay shrinkage subsidence damage at Sulby House, NN14 4AY

TPO 142 - T1 yew - remove low young growth up to a height of 3.5 metres. Reduce the height by approximately 3 metres and the sides by approximately 1 to 2 metres

All trees TPO 145 T27 Yew - crown raising to 4m from approximately ground level. All within the property boundary. T28 Yew - crown raising to 4m from approximately ground level. Overhanging branches to cut back approximately to 1.5m to align with property boundary. T29 Sycamore - crown raising to 5m from approximately 2m. Branches overhanging approx 2m into Wellington Rd to be cut back to approx 300mm behind kerb line to reduce contact with passing buses T30 Sycamore - crown raising to 5m from approximately 3.5m. Branches overhanging approx 2m into Wellington Rd to be cut back to approx 300mm behind kerb line to minimise contact with passing buses All trees overhanging into Wellington Road and the property. We are concerned that the trees could cause considerable damage to buses and other vehicles as they pass the trees.

Ash (T1) Reference | TPO 0125 Remove two large limbs from Ash tree hanging over highways (they are hanging over the road and are a hazard). Approx 4m to come off.

Removal of diseased Ash tree as per TPO 0145 Two arborists have advised that tree has Ash dieback. . Both surgeons have said full removal is needed for health and safety reasons.
