Reduce sycamore overhanging garage by 10ft and reduce Ash due to decay by 20ft and remove dead limb on seperate Ash

T1-T2-T3 - Beech- take back the overhang from the garden by up to 3 metres on the lower canopy (taking less off the top of the canopy) and crown raise by 2 metres over the garage

T1 - Copper beech - crown lift to 6m and prune to give 2m clearance to garage. Reason; to increase light levels to the garden and prevent damage to the building. T2 - Indian Chestnut- fell to ground level due to recent limb failure caused by Ganoderma . Reason; This fungus, fruiting at 2m on the south side of the trunk, has rendering the tree unsuitable for retention. Replanting with a 12/14 Liquidamber styraciflua in the same place.

T1 Sycamore- Remove small self set Sycamore to ground level; T2 Sycamore- Hard reduce large Sycamore by at least 8m as there is a large cavity in the large stem and tree is leaning over neighbours garage; T3 Sycamore - Remove large lower branch that is heading over towards the neighbours, back into the main stem

G1- Remove 3 smaller Ash as they are poor specimens and are likely to fail in the future; T1 &T2 Ash- Reduce larger Ash trees by 6-7m to appropriate reduction points (where they are likely to fail in the future) and shape accordingly. T3 Sycamore- Reduce 1 sycamore heavily by at least 6 - 7m to make safe and help reduce future failure as it is in close proximity to a garage. T4 Ash - Remove 1 Ash tree to ground level, to make safe as it is an incredibly poor specimen. T5 Ash - Reduce 1 ash tree by 6-7m, to help reduce failing risk (Poor specimen- but good for habitat)

T1 and T2 Beech - lift approximately five metres over the front lawn, reduce an shape the sides facing the property/garage by 2 to 3 metres
