Sycamore ( TPO 0246)- Prune the canopy of the identified tree by approx 2-3m meters away from the building.

T1 - Ash tree - Reduce branches that are overhanging the garden of number 2. Reduce large limb by up to 5 or 6 meters and 2 or 3 smaller branches near the top by up to 2-3 meters to suitable growth points.

Sycamore # 1 to north of 15 brighwell Walk; Prune lower branches close to property to provide 2 Meters of clearance from the property. This is due to the branches starting to come in contact with the property. Oak # 2 to west of 15 Brightwell Walk; Reduce mid/lower (overly extended) crown by 3.5-4 metre all round to match the upper crown, removal of multiple damaged/failed branches & reduce crown to provide 2m clearance from property. As this oak has had some recent failures and some historic poor heavy pruning, creating some over extending and poorly attached branches low in the crown. I believe this tree would benefit from this work to present any further failures.

T1- Horse Chestnut- Crown raise to 4 metres- Reduce some weight to lower limbs to prevent failure; T2, T3, T4, T5 - Horse Chestnut- Remove epicormic on trunk to maintain clean stem; T6 Yew- Remove single small limb overhanging highway

Ash (T1) - one low branch is extending out over the garden of number 76. Branch is 2 to 3 metres high. Reduce the branch back by 2 to 3 metres to suitable growth points. Reason: to improve access to the border under the tree and to allow more light onto the border. Wounds would be about 8 to 10 cm diameter.

Sycamore trees T1 and T2 on the boundary of the property over hanging neighbouring property. To reduce the overhanging limbs by approximately 3 m. This would not un balance the tree as the growth is more bias to this side. Reason :to provide sufficient clearance to the neighbouring property as it over hangs quite heavily.
