Removal of -T1-Western Red Cedar (TPO 0088)- approx 20m tall- approx 0.6m DBH Reason- The tree is in close proximity to 3 buildings, the closest 2 of which do not belong to the tree owner. The owner wishes to reduce the likelihood of future insurance claims made against them for damage to neighbouring properties. Due to the nature of this species the specimen in question is an adolescent and will eventually be a 45m tree. The primary concern is future damage to adjacent buildings.

All trees TPO 145 T27 Yew - crown raising to 4m from approximately ground level. All within the property boundary. T28 Yew - crown raising to 4m from approximately ground level. Overhanging branches to cut back approximately to 1.5m to align with property boundary. T29 Sycamore - crown raising to 5m from approximately 2m. Branches overhanging approx 2m into Wellington Rd to be cut back to approx 300mm behind kerb line to reduce contact with passing buses T30 Sycamore - crown raising to 5m from approximately 3.5m. Branches overhanging approx 2m into Wellington Rd to be cut back to approx 300mm behind kerb line to minimise contact with passing buses All trees overhanging into Wellington Road and the property. We are concerned that the trees could cause considerable damage to buses and other vehicles as they pass the trees.

Ash (T1) Reference | TPO 0125 Remove two large limbs from Ash tree hanging over highways (they are hanging over the road and are a hazard). Approx 4m to come off.

Removal of diseased Ash tree as per TPO 0145 Two arborists have advised that tree has Ash dieback. . Both surgeons have said full removal is needed for health and safety reasons.

NT1 (T6 of the TPO) Fell due to ongoing building damage.

Removal of existing Blue Atlas Cedar tree and replacement planting in the front garden

T1- Ash - Remove crown and leave as a monolith at lowest fork. Tree has Hymenoscyphus fraxineus and signs of stress on lower main stem. Should tree fail it could fall on to public footpath risking public safety and/or damage to property. Tree crown is getting noticeably sparser and tips are beginning to die back - all early signs of ash dieback (see photo 1 and 2) There is a large stress crack forming on north side of trunk. Beginning at the lowest fork continuing half way down main stem, hosting Daldinia concentrica, suggesting decay in main stem (see photo 3,4 and 5). Tree is to be left as a standing monolith from the first fork- Providing vital habitat as the tree continues to decline. A smaller native tree such as a Crab apple or Sorbus will also be planted close by to benefit wildlife.

T1 Walnut: Remove two lowest branches extending over neighbours outbuildings and reduce crown extending towards side elevation of the flats T2 Beech: Reduce lower branches to give clearance to phone lines by 2 Metres T3 Weeping Ash: Reduce crown over drive to give 1.5 metres clearance to the side elevation of the front block of flats. T4 Laburnum: Reduce the crown only by 2 metres.

T1 Sycamore - branches currently overhang the rear garden by about 5 metres. Reduce amount that these branches overhang by approximately 3 metres.

T1 to T4 lime trees - Raise crowns to the east to 5 metres removing encroaching limbs and reaction growth from previous pruning to allow light into 16 Ramsey Close; T2 and T3 Lime - reduce upper crowns by 4 metres in height to allow more light in to 16 Ramsey Close.
