Internal and external alterations to main dwelling and outbuildings to allow for addition of a single storey rear extension to replace existing 20th century rear extension, addition of glazed link to the outbuildings, conversion and cutaway balcony to the attic, refurbishment and conversion of the outbuildings with changes to fenestration and addition of pool in outbuilding.
