Yew Taxus Baccata - to trim back to the boundary with 41 Park Street

Silver Birch (T3) fell because of size and proximity to boundary stone walls; Apple (T4) fell because of proximity to building; Silver Birch (T5) fell because of size and proximity to building; Lavender (T8) fell because of proximity to wall and gate

T1 & T2 - Reduce two ornamental trees by approximately 3m to allow more light into the garden. T3 - blackthorn, prune back to boundary line as it is seriously encroaching from neighbouring land. T4 - Acer, hard prune by approximately 3m to make safe and reduce risk of failure.

Remove 2 Silver Birch trees (T1 & T2) to just above ground level in garden of 16b (Manor Barn) the trees are very close to a stone boundary wall which is likely to become damaged as they grow further

U5 Laburnum tree (Photograph 1) - to remove, as in poor condition with weakness at bifurcation, to replace with small replacement tree; C11 Silver birch tree (Photograph 2) - to remove; X - Self seeded trees (photograph 3) - to remove and replace with weeping willow tree to left of the rear boundary; Y - Thuja conifers (photograph 4) - to remove and replant area as part of a mixed shrub boundary.

T1 Yew - to remove and replant same species in garden - The proposal is to remove the tree in its entirety. This isudue to: - Its placement close to the boundary and to structures such as a pre 20th century coal shed, dry stone wall and the existing dwelling. -The trunk is split ind the tree is in poor condition - The tree is in close proximity to a recently consented proposal - The tree is ulifting the paving. - The polt is substantial and new trees are better placed in the open and large garden provision, closer to the river.

Lift the crowns of 2 ash trees numbers T3 and T4 to achieve a clearance of 6m from ground level; Lift crowns of remaining mixed species trees in the woodland on the adjacent land identified as W1 and trees T6, T7 and T8 to achieve a clearance of 6m from ground level; The trees in the adjacent woodland (W5) are owned by Tata Steel. Any bough agreed to be removed or shortened will be cut back to the boundary and no further at, where possible, a suitable point such as the branch collar or suitably positioned secondary branch

T1 Lombardy Poplar; Crown reduce by approximately 6.0-8.0 metres in height pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. Remove deadwood. T2 Lombardy Poplar; Crown reduce by approximately 6.0-8.0 metres in height pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. Remove deadwood. T3 Lombardy Poplar; Crown reduce by approximately 6.0-8.0 metres in height pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. Remove deadwood. T4 Bhutan Pine; Crown reduce by approximately 2.0-3.0 metres in height and laterally to balance pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. Crown lift neighbours side by 5.0 metres and remove deadwood. T5 Goat Willow; Section fell as close to ground level as possible. T6 Crab Apple; Prune back to the boundary. T7 Silver Birch; Crown reduce by approximately 2.0-3.0 metres in height and laterally to balance pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. T8 Hybrid Poplar; Section fell as close to ground level as possible. T9 Lime; Crown thin by 15%. Remove deadwood. G1 mixed trees and vegetation; Crown lift to a height of 5.0 metres over road only. Remove any dead trees within falling distance of road.

Holm Oak Evergreen planted in 2013 on our boundary marked on plan and photograph as number 1. Proposed work is to fell the tree. We have already planted in excess of 50 trees in the paddock outside the Conservation area. We will replace this tree with an identical specie outside the Conservation area away from any buildings. Tree planted before our neighbour extended their garage with the addition of a studio. It has now grown adjacent to our neighbour's foundations. Concern that if allowed to grow further it will interfere with neighbour's foundations.

Silver Birch (SB) fell as the tree is diseased (see photos b) & c) and unstable. The tree is leaning over the boundary fence and has shed branches during high winds. Ash (Ash) raise crown to 4 metres, prune overhanging branches by 1.5 metres. Work to be carried out by a professional tree surgeon. Replacement hornbeam and beech saplings have been planted.
