T1 is a weeping willow. Wish to do a 2m lateral reduction of any limbs that are currently sat on the garage roof and the neighbours garage roof or likely to within the next 12 months. T2 is a Holly. 2.5m crown reduction to reduce exposure to wind as neighbours wall has already been rebuilt and movement of tree in the wind is likely to cause more damage in the future as the tree is directly next to the wall.

4 birch trees to be removed due to unsuitable location - the base of all trees are within approx 2ft of the owner's garage.

T1 - Copper beech - crown lift to 6m and prune to give 2m clearance to garage. Reason; to increase light levels to the garden and prevent damage to the building. T2 - Indian Chestnut- fell to ground level due to recent limb failure caused by Ganoderma . Reason; This fungus, fruiting at 2m on the south side of the trunk, has rendering the tree unsuitable for retention. Replanting with a 12/14 Liquidamber styraciflua in the same place.

T1 Sycamore- Remove small self set Sycamore to ground level; T2 Sycamore- Hard reduce large Sycamore by at least 8m as there is a large cavity in the large stem and tree is leaning over neighbours garage; T3 Sycamore - Remove large lower branch that is heading over towards the neighbours, back into the main stem

G1- Remove 3 smaller Ash as they are poor specimens and are likely to fail in the future; T1 &T2 Ash- Reduce larger Ash trees by 6-7m to appropriate reduction points (where they are likely to fail in the future) and shape accordingly. T3 Sycamore- Reduce 1 sycamore heavily by at least 6 - 7m to make safe and help reduce future failure as it is in close proximity to a garage. T4 Ash - Remove 1 Ash tree to ground level, to make safe as it is an incredibly poor specimen. T5 Ash - Reduce 1 ash tree by 6-7m, to help reduce failing risk (Poor specimen- but good for habitat)

Reduce height of Walnut tree (T3) by 2m and reduce lateral branches by 1.5m to balance shape Remove Elder tree (T4) to just above ground level Reduce height of Beech tree (T5) by 2.5m and reduce lateral branches by 1.5m to balance shape , and raise over garage roof to give 1m clearance Cotoneaster tree (T6) - remove 2 rear stems to give clearance over garage roof

Holm Oak Evergreen planted in 2013 on our boundary marked on plan and photograph as number 1. Proposed work is to fell the tree. We have already planted in excess of 50 trees in the paddock outside the Conservation area. We will replace this tree with an identical specie outside the Conservation area away from any buildings. Tree planted before our neighbour extended their garage with the addition of a studio. It has now grown adjacent to our neighbour's foundations. Concern that if allowed to grow further it will interfere with neighbour's foundations.
