T1 - Sorbus tree in neighbouring garden (Vicarage) is over hanging our property at the front. Cut back to boundary wall. T2 - Robinia Pseudoacacia in rear garden reduce in height by 50% and shape to stop spread.

Remove 3 x leylandii. These trees have previously ( approximately 25/30 years ago) been incorrectly pollarded. This has resulted in an unnatural multi stemmed growth habit which is unstable and causes concern along boundary with neighbouring property.
