Non material amendment to allow for full enclosure of stair case, replacement of single wide garage door with 2 x garage doors, open corner with extended roof canopy to be filled in and disconnection of neighbours sheds and re-establishment of boundary line pursuant to NE/23/00271/FUL - Raise the roof of existing detached garage/outbuilding to include loft space over with external staircase; and change to external wall finishes on adjacent bungalow.

Non material amendment to allow for omission of dome style roof to rear extension and retained single storey block; increase in parapet height to single storey extension, retained storey block and front porch; and addition of flat roof with sedum covering in lieu of omitted dome roofs pursuant to NE/21/01606/FUL - Demolition of existing single storey blocks to rear of property; Removal of front canopy; Erection of front porch extension and rear garden extension; Replacement of existing roof to retain single-storey block at rear.
