Siting of timber framed garden building for use as ancillary living accommodation (granny annexe), together with 1.9m high x 4m wide side access gate off Runnell Lane, and 2m high timber fencing along part of the side boundary, adjacent to Runnell Lane.

Silver Birch (SB) fell as the tree is diseased (see photos b) & c) and unstable. The tree is leaning over the boundary fence and has shed branches during high winds. Ash (Ash) raise crown to 4 metres, prune overhanging branches by 1.5 metres. Work to be carried out by a professional tree surgeon. Replacement hornbeam and beech saplings have been planted.

To carry out crown lifting/raising work to T1 the sycamore tree, by removing entirely the lowest primary branch growing towards the house, in combination with the lowest two branches growing in the opposite direction towards the garden fence boundary fence with 3 Grange Road. T2, and T3, both ash, to be removed.
