Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed development/Use: Single storey extension, to the rear of the original property. We will replace the existing conservatory. With a depth of 3712.5mm and a width 8212.5mm. In this extension, we have proposed a large open-plan kitchen / dining / snug space, with a sperate WC and cloaks area. The height to the top of the roof will be less than 4m, and will have 3 Veluxes (780mm x 978mm). There will also be a 3m bi-fold to the rear, as well as two additional ground floor windows. Materials: brickwork and tiles to match, Bi-fold door and window to be grey.
