Non material amendment pursuant to 13/00066/FUL- Conversion/redevelopment of existing agricultural buildings into 2 dwellings; 14/00648/FUL - Demolition of existing barn B and erection of replacement building to form 1 no dwelling; 14/01336/FUL - Conversion of existing barn to form 1 no. dwelling; 20/00672/LDE - Certificate required to confirm the lawful implementation of planning consents relating to the conversion and redevelopment of Barns A, B and C at Rectory Farm. The amendments include some minor changes to the internal layout and as a result some additional windows are added which are shown in RED on the application drawings. The approved internal garage shown on the approved drawings shown as kitchen. The lean to on the approved drawings has been infilled to create a porch area and entrance hall.
