Lime tree (T2 B) due to tree being in a very poor condition with the main trunk at the base being almost entirely hollow and has kretzamaria duesta fungus at the base and around the buttresses; Crown lift 1 no. Norway Maple tree (T6 F) to 6 metres and crown lift lowest limb at 2 metres to the west to clear footpath and highway; Crown reduce 1 no. Oak tree (T7 G) by 2 metres due to branches overhanging the house roof to west; Crown reduce 1 no. Sycamore tree (T9 I) by 2 metres over house roof to west and crown lift 2 no. lowest limbs overhanging boundary to east to clear footpath, highway and street lamps and due to excessive overhang to neighbouring properties and the property roof; 1 no. Lime tree (T10 J) formative prune; Crown thin 1 no. London Plane tree (T11 K) by 10% to improve the general appearance and safety of the tree; Crown lift 1 no. Oak tree (T12 L) to 4 metres and crown thin by 10%; Crown lift 1 no. Oak tree (T13 M) to 5 metres over shed to north and boundary to east; Crown lift 1 no. Cherry tree (T14 N) by 3 metres due to branches overhanging the shed to south; Fell 1 no. Goat Willow tree (T15 O) as the roots of this tree have now reached underneath the boundary retaining wall and are now causing an actionable nuisance to the neighbouring property and concerns that they are getting into the soakaway.

NAFFERTON CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Holly tree (H) and 1 no. Conifer tree (C) due to trees attracting complaints from neighbours as they block sunlight into their gardens with the roots from the conifer coming up from the ground and destroying the patio and could cause major damage to the foundations of the house and concerns for adjacent properties as they have outbuildings/conservatories/sheds which are much closer to the conifer; Remove 2 no. trees as they have grown in the shade of the larger trees and are bare, under-developed and are an eye-sore
