Conifer tree by 1.5-1.8 metres so that the foliage begins slightly higher up and is no longer pushing out the fence panels or sitting on the shed, and shape the overhanging front face of the tree so that it doesn't protrude quite as much and can grow evenly

LUND CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Larch tree (T1) and 1 no. Rowan tree (T3) due to T1 being in contact with the shed and T3 being a very poor specimen; Crown reduce 1 no. Oak tree by 3-4.5 metres to allow more light into garden

ETTON CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Conifer tree and 1 no. Damson tree as they overhang shed and overhead telephone lines

TPO - HORNSEA - Cheyne walk and Hollis recreation ground, Hornsea - 1969 (Ref 483) - pollard 1 no. Ash tree - to pollard back the main steams as the tree has shed large limbs in recent high winds and is causing a major concern over structural damage to the property - crown reduction 1 no. Oak tree - to reduce the crown by 1.5 metres as the tree is heavily leaning towards the property, there are concerns over the tree failing due to the heavy lean and wight in the crown

EAST COTTINGWITH CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Conifer hedge (T1) due to the hedge being overgrown and is blocking the driveway; Remove 2 no. Apple trees (T2 & T3) due to the trees being overgrown with ivy and obstructing powerlines; Remove 1 no. Conifer tree (T4) and 1 no. Sycamore tree (T5) due to the trees growing into BT line and pushing against shed; Remove 1 no. Sycamore tree (T6) due to the tree growing into BT line and blocking neighbour's light; Remove 1 no. Holly tree (T7) and 1 no. Damson tree (T10) due to the trees blocking neighbour's light and is pushing against their property; Remove 1 no. Apple tree (T8) due to the tree being old and not producing good fruit; Crown reduce 1 no. Holly tree (T9) by 1 metre due to the tree being overgrown; Remove 1 no. Elder tree/bush (T11) due to the tree growing into shed and blocking light for neighbours; Crown reduce 1 no. Cherry tree (T12) by 1 metre due to the tree pushing against neighbour's garage roof and blocking light

TPO - SWANLAND NO. 2 - 1974 (REF 155) A2 - Crown lift 1 no. Oak tree (T1), 1 no. Cherry tree (T3 C) and 1 no. Lime tree (T5 E) to 6 metres to clear footpath and highway; Fell 1 no. Lime tree (T2 B) due to tree being in a very poor condition with the main trunk at the base being almost entirely hollow and has kretzamaria duesta fungus at the base and around the buttresses; Crown lift 1 no. Norway Maple tree (T6 F) to 6 metres and crown lift lowest limb at 2 metres to the west to clear footpath and highway; Crown reduce 1 no. Oak tree (T7 G) by 2 metres due to branches overhanging the house roof to west; Crown reduce 1 no. Sycamore tree (T9 I) by 2 metres over house roof to west and crown lift 2 no. lowest limbs overhanging boundary to east to clear footpath, highway and street lamps and due to excessive overhang to neighbouring properties and the property roof; 1 no. Lime tree (T10 J) formative prune; Crown thin 1 no. London Plane tree (T11 K) by 10% to improve the general appearance and safety of the tree; Crown lift 1 no. Oak tree (T12 L) to 4 metres and crown thin by 10%; Crown lift 1 no. Oak tree (T13 M) to 5 metres over shed to north and boundary to east; Crown lift 1 no. Cherry tree (T14 N) by 3 metres due to branches overhanging the shed to south; Fell 1 no. Goat Willow tree (T15 O) as the roots of this tree have now reached underneath the boundary retaining wall and are now causing an actionable nuisance to the neighbouring property and concerns that they are getting into the soakaway.

NAFFERTON CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Holly tree (H) and 1 no. Conifer tree (C) due to trees attracting complaints from neighbours as they block sunlight into their gardens with the roots from the conifer coming up from the ground and destroying the patio and could cause major damage to the foundations of the house and concerns for adjacent properties as they have outbuildings/conservatories/sheds which are much closer to the conifer; Remove 2 no. trees as they have grown in the shade of the larger trees and are bare, under-developed and are an eye-sore

TPO - BRIDLINGTON NO. 23 - 2005 (REF 954) T63 - Crown lift 1 no. Horse Chestnut tree by 6 metres and side reduce to the North East to give 2 metre clearance due to branches rubbing the roof and TV ariel of property to the rear and shed roof of neighbouring property

HESSLE S'FIELD CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1 no. Yew tree due to tree outgrowing its location and is lifting footpath and shed up

Sycamore tree due to its size and location with large overhanging limbs appearing unsafe in high winds and pose a risk to properties and children's safety, pigeon faeces covering large areas of the garden and significant sap deposits covering neighbouring property's sheds
