Lime tree (T2) by 25% to reduce negative impact on property and to improve form; Re-pollard 5 no. Lime trees (G1) to previous pollarding points

TPO - MARKET WEIGHTON No. 7 - 2002 - Pollard 4 no. Lombardy Poplar trees to a height of approximately 8 to 10 metres to safeguard the presence of this longline of trees and preserve the landscaping impact due to becoming very tall and very brittle.

NORTH BAR WITHOUT CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 3 no. Silver Birches (T1, T2, T3); Fell 1 no. Box elder (T4); Fell 1 no. Lawson Cypress (T5). Trees to be removed to allow for driveway relocation and landscaping. Birches to be replaced with 5 new birch of the same size as those recently planted to create boundary avenue of silver birch of uniform size.

NORTH FERRIBY PA CONSERVATION AREA - Remove 1 no. Poplar tree (T1) due to the tree outgrowing its location and the roots are causing damage to the surrounding landscape infrastructure
