Conversion of existing rear element into additional living accommodation and store room/ workshop, changes to fenestration and installation of roof lights

Internal and external alterations comprising: At ground floor, a new internal window, removal of wall, increase in floor level in one area, replacement of fires, hearths and surrounds with one opening bricked up and the removal of existing floor finishes and replacing with a hardwood floor; At first floor, replacement of fire, hearth and surround, removal of modern stud walls, blocking up existing doorway into en-suite, demolish section of wall to create en-suite, block up doorway to corridor from en-suite, existing secondary glazing to be removed and Conservation style roof lights to replace Velux roof lights, move doorway to bathroom along and introduce historic joinery, removal of existing modern stud wall partition within bathroom and new doorway into bathroom from bedroom 2; At second floor, creating a new cupboard with an existing door, blocking up doorway from bedroom 4, removal of stud wall to form bathroom, modern fire, hearth and surround to be removed from bedroom 4 and fireplace to be bricked up; To garage, remove existing UPVC window and replace with timber door, erection of stud wall, roof to be lined to create vaulted space; and external joinery to be painted (AMENDED DESCRIPTION)

Repairs and roof lift to roof due to rot and wood worm damage, to reinstate traditional Clay pan tiles and replace concrete tiles across the whole roof. Top wall plate under the rear wing valley gutter, top wall plate on west facing roof, roof rafters, trusses and valley gutter all to be replaced. No changes will be made to the height, width or design of the roof and all joinery work and replacements will be completed in a like for like approach

Conversion of existing barn to 2 dwellings including external and internal alterations, installation of new roofing material and associated car parking and infrastructure

Erection of single storey extension to rear following demolition of part external wall, installation of insulation, removal and replacement of roof slates with matching slates to main house roof and window replacing patio doors at rear (part retrospective)
