Beech tree (T01) by reducing 1 no. south-west facing by 5m back to historical pruning point, remove 1 no. west facing subordinate stem at scaffold union, reduce west by north facing branches at 4m and 4.5m respectively by 5m back to historical pruning point, crown reduce north-west facing branches by up to 5m to tighten canopy profile and minimise canopy over-hanging garage roof, reduce west facing upper canopy by up to 2.5m to match new crown profile and to reduce the number and extent of overhanging branches shading garden structures, patio surfaces, and to move the canopy edge back towards the plot boundary

TIBTHORPE CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1 no. Flowering Cherry tree as it is diseased and shedding branches, and concerns that further shedding will cause damage to garage and greenhouses

BAINTON CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 4 no. Cherry trees (T1, T2, T3, and T5), cherry trees are to be removed as they are extensively decayed and dying back - Crown reduction 1 no cherry tree (T4), reduce the crown by 3m as it is overhanging the road - Fell 1 no. Hawthorn tree (T6), tree is supporting a collapsed cherry tree (T5) and is pushing against a wall, tree is also obstructing view of junction to Dead lane - Crown reduction 1 no. Yew tree (T7), crown reduce to 6m height, lateral reduction of 2m to create balanced shape and allow to regenerate - Crown lift group of Eucalyptus trees (G9), crown lift over driveway to 4m - Fell 1 no Eucaluptus (T8), tree is adjacent to garage and is to be removed as it is in poor condition

BUGTHORPE CONSERVATION AREA - crown reduction 2 no. lime tree's by 5 meters as both trees have bacterial and fungal damage and need to be cut back to make them safe but still provide some growth - crown reduction 1 no. sycamore by 5 - 7 meteres as the tree has some black fungal growth at the base and is also very close to the garage and house

EVERINGHAM CONSERVATION AREA - Crown lift 1 no. Copper Beech tree (T1) to 3-4 metres and prune around the phone line to prevent damage; Remove 1 no. Horse Chestnut tree (T2) due to weak unions; Remove 1 no. Oak tree (T3) due to several snapped limbs which has made it difficult to prune into a good shape; Remove 1 no. Sycamore tree (T4) due to poor form and will be exposed when the Oak (T3) is removed; Remove 1 no. Sycamore tree (T5) due to the tree causing damage to the Ha-Ha wall; Crown lift 1 no. group of Sycamore trees (G1) to 2 metres above the lawn to allow light and maintenance to the grounds; Crown lift 1 no. Horse Chestnut tree (T6) to 2-3 metres for maintenance; Crown lift 1 no. Sycamore tree (T7) to 3-4 metres above property (garage); Crown reduce 1 no. group of mixed species trees/old hedge (G2) to 1.2 metres to become maintainable and shape established trees; Crown lift 1 no. Sycamore tree (T8) to 4 metres; Crown reduce 1 no. Willow tree (T9) by removing 1 no. low overhanging limb

NAFFERTON CONSERVATION AREA - Coppice 2 no. Elder (T1, T3) to allow to regenerate as shrub; Crown lift 1 no. Leylandii (T2) to west to 8 metres; Crown lift 4 no. Sycamore (T4-T7) to west to 7 metres. Works are to clear overhang to neighbouring property's garage and driveway to prevent fall of debris and to improve future form of trees.

ALDBROUGH CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1 no. Laurel tree as the tree has outgrown its space and is starting to interfere with neighbour's house; Crown reduce 1 no. Cherry Plum tree by 2.5 metres from touching the garage roof and neighbour's garage roof

MARKET WEIGHTON CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1 no. Birch tree as it is growing against fence and obstructs planned garage build that permission has been granted for. Replace with 3/4 small trees at the back of garden.

ALLERTHORPE CONSERVATION AREA - Fell 1 no. Acer (T1) due to excessive shading to patio area and proximity to garage building; Fell 1 no. Himalayan birch (T2) due to excessive shading of the garden and proximity to garden fence. Replant both with fruiting trees to promote bird presence.

NAFFERTON CONSERVATION AREA - Crown reduce 1 no. Holly (T1) by 2.5m; Crown reduce 1 no. Lawson cypress (T2) by 3m; Crown reduce 1 no. Western red cedar (T3) by 2m; Crown lift 1 no. Box elder (T4) over garage to give 2m clearance; Crown reduce 1 no. Yew (T5) by up to 3m where appropriate, to re-balance and allow to regenerate from stem growth; Crown reduce 1 no. Yew (T6) at roadside to clear utility lines.
